t was hilarious that we had tried to finish a proposal tonight because the deadline was tomorrow.

However, at about 9 o’clock pm, the dean suddenly found the IRB plan was asked to be attached with the proposal, but there was no time for the IRB plan to be approved by the committee. Therefore, the dean knew that it would work out and asked us to stop. Apparently, she only read the budget part but not requirement part. What a waste of time!!! My Monday night was ruined.
